Boarding:

ends 25 minutes before departure
ends 20 minutes before departure from Moscow (Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo) and Sochi

Online check-in is not available for:

unaccompanied children
customers with pets
customers with the "Extra seat" service
customers with disabilities
flights to/from Dubai and Abu Dhabi

After online check-in you must print out your boarding pass and take it with you to the airport. At Antalya, Gyumri, Osh and Tashkent airports, printing of your boarding pass is required at the check-in desk.

You can skip printing your boarding pass and show it on your mobile device when departing from the cities:

IMPORTANT! If you are using an electronic boarding pass, it must be shown at the entrance to the aircraft. Be sure to save your electronic boarding pass on your mobile device.

If you are travelling with baggage it must be checked-in and dropped-off at the airport of departure. In could be done at the check-in or Dropp-off (when its available and after online check-in is completed) counter.
