How to book?
- When booking tickets on our website no later than 24 hours before departure
Add to existing booking before online check-in:
- via Manage my booking - no later than 24 hours before departure
- in the process of Online check-in - no earlier than 24 hours and before check-in at the airport
- via Call center - no later than 4 hours before departure
- at the check-in desk in at the airport - before the end of check-in for the flight
You can choose a seat within the «Advantageous» and «Maximum» fares at no additional cost only online or via Call center no later than 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

Without the service
- The system will randomly assign a seat
- A randomly assigned seat will most likely be in the middle of the row
- If you are flying together, the system can assign seats in different parts of the plane

- Important: XXL seats located near emergency exits (1ABC and rows 15-16) cannot be occupied by customers under 18 years of age (1ABC up to 2 years), customers with children, customers with pets, pregnant women, customers with disabilities. Customers with pets also cannot be seated in 2DE seats.
- Please note that some aircraft have a partition and when choosing XXL 1ABC seats, there may be less legroom than in 2DEF seats or in seats near the emergency exit.
- The seat backs do not recline.
