<p>The departure date/destination can be changed for an additional fee no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight:</p>

</ul>
<p>The cost of changing the departure date/destination is 5000 rubles per 1 customer per 1 segment (not charged at the "Maximum" fare).</p>
<p>If the size of the new fare exceeds the size of the fare for which the ticket was originally purchased, the difference is paid by the customer in full.</p>

<p>Due to changes in the flight schedule, it is possible to issue a full refund on booking* or reissue the ticket in any convenient way before the end of check-in for the flight:</p>

<li>through the Call Center by the number of forced changes indicated in the email sent to you</li>
<li>by contacting the airline representative at the departure airport</li>
</ul>
<p>*You can independently issue a forced refund via <a href="/services/booking-management">Booking My Management</a> (if the ticket was purchased on the airline's website or through the Call Center on June 1, 2022 or later).</p>

<li>full name</li>
<li>swap first name/last name/patronymic</li>
<li>date of birth, series/number/expiration date of the document</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cost:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>800 rubles for changing/correcting the data of the document</li>
<li>800 rubles for changing/correcting the full name</li>
<li>add a patronymic for free if there is no patronymic</li>
</ul>
<p>Adjustments of the customer's personal data that create prerequisites for a complete replacement of the customer for the originally purchased ticket are not allowed.</p>

<li>via the form below no later than 24 hours before departure (the cost of making changes is 800 rubles)</li>
