<p>If a customer with disabilities requires special conditions of transportation (assistance in moving/provision of special means of transportation), then the customer can arrange the service "Escort" for free:</p>

<li>when booking a ticket on the website - at the stage of entering customer data, you can add an appropriate option to each customer. If you choose a wheelchair, you can specify what kind of escort is needed: to the ramp, to the entrance to the plane, to the seat in the cabin;</li>

<p>To provide the service, we recommend arriving at the reception no later than 2 hours before the end of registration.</p>

<p>Transportation of medical equipment in the cabin of the Pobeda airlines requires prior approval no later than 72 hours before the scheduled flight departure via the form below.</p>

<li>a medical bag with materials for emergency care, including masks, harnesses, tubes, drugs (adrenaline, euphyllin, hormones, etc.)</li>

<li>oxygen cushion</li>
<li>a cylinder with gaseous oxygen or air weighing (gross) not more than 5 kg</li>
